Whether you reach out by phone, email, or through our website, our office staff will collect the details we need—your address, email, and the issues you’re experiencing with your trees.
We use email to share estimates, schedules, and invoices quickly and efficiently. (Your information is safe with us—we never share or sell it.)
2. A Professional Arborist Visits Within 1–3 Days
Our arborists visit multiple properties daily to assess trees, oversee crews, and prepare estimates.
We don’t require strict appointment times — this allows our experts to spend the time needed on each property without rushing.
If we have access to your trees, you don’t even need to be home.
But if you prefer to meet the arborist, we’re happy to schedule your visit on a day and time that works for you — even Saturdays.
After examining your trees, your arborist will discuss details with you by phone or in person, then email you a clear, written estimate.
3. You Receive a Detailed Work Proposal
Your proposal will outline recommended services, options, and plant-health suggestions.
Review it carefully and let us know if you’d like changes or clarification.
When you’re ready to move forward, simply reply to the email to approve the proposal and share any scheduling preferences.
4. Scheduling Your Tree Work
Once approved, we’ll place your job into our scheduling queue.
Most work is completed within 1–2 weeks, sometimes sooner during slow seasons.
While storms or weather may cause delays, your arborist will always inform you of expected timelines and make sure everything is completed as efficiently as possible.
Our crews typically work Monday–Saturday, starting around 7:30 a.m., and many clients prefer being scheduled for the next available open slot for faster completion.
5. Convenient, Paperless Completion & Payment
We value trees and the environment, so we keep our entire process paper-free.
Quotes, invoices, and receipts are all delivered electronically, and payments can be made securely through our website.
If you prefer a printed invoice, we can gladly mail one upon request.
6. Your Arborist Is Always Here to Help
Your assigned arborist remains your main point of contact throughout the process.
You’ll have their direct phone number and email, and they’re always happy to answer questions or make adjustments as needed.
We also try to assign repeat clients the same arborist each time to build long-term trust and personalized care.
If your arborist is unavailable, our operations manager and office team will assist you right away.
